We administer a survey to your employees to assess level of motivation
The survey is composed of scientifically validated instruments and measures to assess work motivation in terms of quantity and quality, satisfaction of psychological needs at work, and satisfaction at work.
Analyze employees' response and draw a profile of your employees' level of motivation and their likelihood to stay at your organization based on employees' composition.
Based on the organization's profile, suggests ways to strengthen the work environment

Expertise & Awards
Chantal Levesque, president and CEO of Research Strategies, Inc. holds a PhD in social experimental psychology from the University of Ottawa. She has taught statistics and research methodologies at Missouri State University since 2003 and was previously a Visiting Professor at the University of Rochester from 1999 to 2003. She received a research award from Missouri State in 2004. Her primary research expertise is in the area of motivation applied to work and school contexts. The RSI team is comprised of scholars and researchers from various disciplines in social and health sciences.
Related Experience
RSI has worked in collaboration with various departments in the Mercy / St. John's Health System. The team has conducted various seminars, workshops and in-service at various institutions of higher education including Clemson University, Hesston College, Rochester University, and Missouri State University. RSI researchers have presented internationally at a variety of venues and have served as reviewers for scientific journals. Members of the team have been involved in large-scale assessment of motivational processes in education.
